Installations & Event settings:
* We recommend ordering at least 14 days before your event but welcome late birds. We will work with you to make your installation a focal point at your event.
Our services include one free 30 minutes consultation to guide you if needed.
* A 50% of the total is required to order an installation and book a date- unless ordering within 14 days of your event's start date.
* If ordering within 14 days of your event's start date, the total amount is required to book the installation or event date.
* Full payment is required 14 days before the event's start date
* Cancellations made 30 days before the event's start date are eligible for a FULL refund minus 3.5% service charge.
* Cancellations made within 30 days but outside of 14 days of the event's start date are subject to 50% charge of the total.
* No refund of ANY kind for cancelling within 14 days of the event's start date or after delivery.
* Installation & settings are done at your venue 2 to 3 hours prior to your event's start time. Removal and pick up of equipment at 11 am the next day or upon other arrangements.
* Except for perishables, other materials and equipments are rentals and ValDesign's property. Customers/contractors are responsible for ValDesign's property until pickup
